If you are interested in using our shooting ranges or the clubhouse for Private parties, a firearms training courses or other events, please check the Calendar for date availability. Unless you are applying for a full day complete facility closure (both ranges & clubhouse), at least one range must remain available for our members' use at all times. For instance, if the East range has already been booked for 9am-1pm, your application to use the West range from noon to 1pm will be automatically rejected. Once you are satisfied your proposed event does not conflict with other events that have already been approved, please fill out the Event Request Form (one form per event requested) and submit it to our events coordinator for consideration from our Directors:
1. West Range, East Range, and the Clubhouse (full day facility closure) - $300/day
2. Single range (East or West) and the Clubhouse (full day) - $200/day
3. Single range (East or West) (full day) - $150/day
4. Single range (East or West) (4 hour time block) - $100
5. Clubhouse only rental (4 hour time block) - $100
6. Clubhouse only rental (full day) - $175/day
Refundable facility maintenance deposit of $100 is required for all facility (range and/or clubhouse) rentals.
Non-refundable $50 deposit must be made upon the approval of your facility rental application. Full payment (including the facility maintenance deposit) must be received no later than one calendar week prior to the event. Except for the facility maintenance deposit, this payment is non-refundable should you cancel your event. Non-payment or late payment will result in the cancellation of your event without notice.

All instructors are required to submit proof of liability insurance and the instructor/curriculum numbers (for CCW instructors) with their applications.
The DeWitt County Sportsmen's Club will not be providing meals for non-DCSC events. Instructors of large classes (>40-50 students) may make arrangements with individual Club members to prepare meals for their events.
