CMP Non-sanctioned Rimfire Sporter Fun Match
Where: At the DeWitt County Sportsmen's Club
When: On July 6, 2013: Registration at 8:30 A.M. Course of fire and safety briefing will be held before the match. Match starts at 9:00 A.M.

60 rounds total + unlimited sight-in rounds (bring your own ammo) Prone, Sitting/Kneeling,Slow fire 50 Yds. 10 rds. /10 min.
Prone, Sitting/Kneeling,Timed Rapid fire
From standing – 2 volleys of 5 rds. ea - 30 seconds manually operated rifle, 25 seconds semi-auto.
Standing, Slow fire, 25 Yds. 10 rds. /10 min.
Standing, Timed Rapid fire
2 volleys of 5 rds, ea – 30 seconds manually operated rifle, 25 seconds semi-auto rifle.
Entry Fee $5 for member, $7 for non members Youths 14 & under FREE
Who may enter age 12 & over – must have FOID card or be supervised by FOID holder
Equipment Any .22 LR sporter ( bolt-action, lever action, pump, allowed semi-auto, or tactical style )
Telescopic sights, peep sight or open sights. No power restrictions, but you are only shooting 50 yards maximum.
Slings are allowed & encouraged.
No shooting jackets, shooting boots or shooting gloves.
Shooting mats and spotting scopes allowed
3 Rifle classifications "
"O" CLASS Open sights
"T" CLASS Peep sight or Telescopic sight
"Tactical" CLASS Tactical with or w/o optical sights.
This Rimfire Sporter Match is a non sanctioned fun match to introduce shooters to Rimfire Sporter matches. The course of fire and all safety rules apply. Some rules will be modified as: We will not be weighting rifles for minimum weigth. Minimum triggers pull will not be weighed. Thumb hole stocks, target rifles, and fluted barrels will be accepted. Competitors will score other competitors targets.
This is a fun match with low entry fee to cover expenses, so no Prize Money, trophies, and ribbons will be awarded. Bragging rights only.
If time/space allows, you will be available to shoot in another class or shoot again.
Ear, eye and chamber flags required. Chamber flags will be available.
Each round of fire takes less than 1 hour for the 60 rounds
